How do I track my order?

All orders will be shipped within 7 days. A confirmation email will be sent regarding your order and an order number will be sent to you. Send the order number to team@alwayshydrated.com to receive your tracking number.

I Received an Incorrect or Damaged Order?

Whilst great care is always taken to ensure that your order is correct and undamaged; if for some reason a mistake has been made at our end or your bottle has been damaged during transit please email us at team@alwayshydrated.com within 48 hrs of receiving the parcel. We will assess your situation and reply as soon as possible.

Intended Design and Function

Our water bottle is designed for water carry and water consumption only. (Do not place carbonated beverages into your bottle  It is not designed to withstand large drops, force, impact, or being exposed to extreme conditions – such as extreme heat and/or cold.

Given the method of production, the surface of our bottle is not expected to be 100% free of minor streaks and blemishes. Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour, nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
